60s Fox Friday- Elizabeth Taylor

Elizabeth Taylor. The intensely beautiful starlet who had been in movies since she was 12.

She was a major style icon who captured viewers with her voice, 

her dark beauty and her incredible acting.

Sadly, this talented actress passed away on Wednesday, but we always have her photos and movies to watch with those amazing lavender eyes staring right back.

Birthday wish list

My 20th birthday is only 8 days away, and I'm still not completely ready for it. 

I mean.. I like being a teen and 20 seems... old.

I've had a difficult time deciding what I want for this upcoming birthday because there isn't really too much that I NEED, besides my new Sony A850. 

But none-the-less I've made a smallish birthday list of random things I like.

 I live in such a beautiful area. Some people can't wait to leave their home. But I'm so in love with my house, my land, my hill. I cherish every moment I'm here.

It finally stopped raining as well! (Who said it never rains in California?)

Blue Velvet

 I bought this 1960s vintage blue velvet dress at Held Over on Haight in SF. 

If you are ever in San Fransisco, I highly recommend it! I'm visiting my lovely city on the weekend April 1st after my birthday, so I will be doing some vintage shopping in Haight!

60s Fox Friday- Twiggy

So, you all know who this mod model from the 60s is. Twiggy, obviously, and it's really about time that I did a fox Friday on her. I tried to find somewhat unique unknown photos of her and her fashion(with exception of the first one, of course. That's just a classic). 

From her eyes, to her skinny legs, Twiggy is the 60s woman.
