These photos are from last week at my beach house in northern California. The fence is made of these wonderful old wooden stakes covered in dark green moss. It looks very cool. 

Especially in photos.

That camera is an instax 7s. It's kinda like a very modern Polaroid camera. 

My mom gave it to me for my birthday in march.

In other news, my best friend is creating a new band with a bluesy, garage rock style, so I've been writing some lyrics for him. My writing style is very.. descriptive in a dark romantic type of way.

I hoping to share the finished product with all of you and maybe, if you live in California, You can come see them live! :)

Hello! It's been awhile! I've been away at my beach house in Mendocino in northern California(about 8 hours away from where I live on the Central Coast) and I've had an amazing 2 weeks. I really love it there. It's that place that you dream about all year, then when you wake up there you feel.. real happiness. But I have returned with so many stories and photos to share with everyone. Those posts I will, again have to split up over about a week. This trip has really got me pumped for the big Canada Road Trip myself and my best friend will be embarking on in about.. ohhhh 28 days. I hope you all we follow me on that trip too!

Vintage 60s Suitcase.

 Dress and cardigan- Forever 21, DIY feather hairpiece, 60s vintage suitcase

 I bought this Vintage suitcase from a little antique store in San Luis today. 

It's a child's suitcase, but I think its perfect for toting around a few items. It will be great for when I leave for Spring break. Oh yeah.. I forgot to tell you all! 

I'm going to my beach house in Fort Bragg CA for 10 days over Spring Break. I wont be posting anything when I'm gone, but I will have SO MANY photos to show you all when I'm home!

DIY feather extension.

I recently said that, If I was a man, I would want to be Julian Casablancas.

if you don't already know, Julian is the very.. VERY attractive lead singer from

the band, The Strokes.

In this video, Julian has an amazing feather hair piece that inspired me to make one of my own.. and do a Julian lookalike shoot.

What I used-

1. Big, natural feathers

2. Thin black ribbon

3. Hair clip

4. Scissors
