Canada Roadtrip 2011- Part one

So I have this best friend, named Stephanie. She is a wise, talented(as you can see by my lovely header!) babe of a lady who I couldn't live without. Our friendship has just one problem... I live in California ..and she lives in Canada.

But this summer my other best friend, Bibbles and I are embarking on a great adventure to BC; A road trip. We calculated that it will take 36 hours of driving on over 1,200 miles to get there.
But it's so worth it.

Here's our route-

                          We are purely staying only at super tacky, 50s motels on our trip!

Here are the motels we will be hitting up along the way!

The Palms Motel in Portland OR

Vancouver to Victoria

Back-

The Marco Polo Motel in Seattle WA
The Rose City Motel Roseburg OR

                                                 The Surf Motel San Francisco CA

But now I need all of your help you natives out there! 

Anyone from any of these towns willing to share some great places to eat, stop off at, or avoid?

My absolute favorite time of day is when I take my goat, Brownie on a walk.

I live in such a beautiful place.

Vintage 1960s scarf, forever 21 leather jacket, Forever 21 bag, Urban outfitters heels.

My mom gave me this scarf which belonged to her grandmother in the 60s :)

I really love it.

 I based my look off of the colours in that scarf as well.

I also love this scarf because it kinda reminds me of the one in this photo of Sohpia Loren-
